So I got a new phone and done the easy transfer from my old phone to the new one. My old phone was with EE, and my new one is now with Vodafone.
Once the transfer was done, It said I was still under EE, this is with no sim in my new phone at this point. So It gave me the option to delete EE eSIM. I deleted the eSIM and now my old phone doesn’t have any service, same with my new phone. It says on the settings I’m under Vodafone but I still have no service.
I cannot use my data, messaging, calling etc. I’m trying to register for a Vodafone account with my number and it says it can’t do it at the moment, it has been saying that all day. When I try and call with the help numbers it says it doesn’t work.
I’ve even rest the new phone fully to try and restart and just use my iCloud back up… but I go back on my phone and everything is still there.

You should be able to speak with Vodafone via Live Chat or contact the Vodafone Social Media Team via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
Unfortunately there is no account access here.
Here are some Vodafone links that may help.
