Iphone 12 pro max, internet not working correctly

I recently brought a new iPhone 12 pro max. The internet is incredibly slow! I have used the internet connection in the house and the mobile data, both appear to not work correctly. When I try to search anything on safari it gets stuck on a continuous loop of reCAPTHCHA, which is driving me insane. Often if I do manage to get to a website it says this website is not secure when all I'm trying to do is access my emails on outlook or this server is not private, connection lost. 


Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sure we can help with getting your internet connection up and running - Do you have SecureNet active or any content controls in place? You can check this via your MyVodafone App > Manage Bars & Extras.

Have you checked your postcode in our network status checker, to make sure no maintenance is being carried out?

Also, I'd advise having a look at our device guides to make sure you APNs are set up correctly 👍 Let us know how you get on.
