What phone are you using at the moment and can you confirm the iOS version you're on (see Settings > General > About)?
We may just need to update some of your settings, and you can see how to do this using our interactive device guides.
Does anyone on Vodafone know if the iMessage bug where you cannot send iMessage through your phone number is solved? And if the 4G displaying as LTE is also fixed? Thanks
