Lost parcel with iPad at DPD

Hello. The package was "delivered" 22/06/2022 at 12.45 a DPD courier left the package at the bottom of the stairs in an open cage at 1 pm it was gone (I never saw the package or the courier) the case was reported to the Police, DPD and Vodafone. Vodafone continues to wait another week for a reply, they don't want to do anything. Paying the bill but I don't have a device or sim card

Definitely not a good position to be in @seb333k 

Vodafone are going ro need to investigate with the courier company as to what's happened with the lost device with the courier which means your caught up in this.

You could ask when this has been resolved for a credit to your account to cover for what you've paid out up to the point of this being sorted out.

a month has passed. DPD wrote that everything on their side is taken care of.

The police wrote

. „Dear Sebastian, REF THEFT 43220277811 - Your report has been reviewed. Is there any CCTV / ring doorbell which may have captured the offense? Please give the crime reference to who you bought the ipad from and they should refund you or send another one. Many thanks PC 6530 Beltran. Thames Valley Police. "
