Since the latest update, when I access the “My Vodafone” app, I get the following error message
“We’re sorry. we cannot see this information right now “ for both DATA” and “CHARGES”.
Appears to be error code 4300.
Deleted App, removed from iPhone 13pro, cleared all history, rebooted phone.
Downloaded again and no change.
Any idea of what I can do?

Hi @Sanjivsai 👋 We have noticed an increase of the 4300 error you have mentioned, this is currently being investigated by the relevant teams to find and fix the issue. We don't have a timescale to share but this is actively being worked on. I apologise for any inconvenience this might be causing.
