Hello there!
I have recently joined Vodafone and I have been pleased with everything recently, but I just found out that I can’t send picture messages, and i’m not sure why. I’ve made sure I have downloaded the recent APN settings profile and turned mobile data on, but i’m still not able to send any pictures over message.
I have also made sure picture sending is enabled in the My Vodafone App, and it says to turn off the button to be able to send pictures, but there is no button to switch off?
Please can I have some help? Thank you in advance

Sometimes MMS has to be provisioned by customer service on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries for that to work.
Also be aware sending MMS is not part of your text allowance so is charged for and you can only send certain file sizes.
I prefer to use email , WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.
What-should-I-do-if-I-can-t-send-or-receive-picture-messages.
