Strange porting issue

This is a strange question and a strange answer from the customer service agent. I was with EE and want to transfer to void as provider and keep my number. I obtained the first PAC code which was supposed to expire on 3.18 and provided it to VOXI who sent me a confirmation email as below but did not successfully port my number. When I realised that my number had not been successfully ported I contacted them. But they gave me a very irresponsible answer. They couldn't explain why they didn't accept my number transfer while sending me a confirmation email. There is also no explanation as to why my PAC code is no longer valid as a PAC code is valid until the 18th of March when it is not accepted. They couldn't do anything to explain it, just asked me to ask the EE again to give me a new PAC code which couldn't be got as the EE informed me that my porting was accepted so they couldn't help me. I just want my original number back. Can anyone help me check the status of my number please?

Hi @Luke847, I'm sorry to hear the porting didn't go as smooth as we wanted. If you contact us by following the steps here, we can contact our porting team directly and check on the porting system where the number is if it has been disconnected by EE and see if we can reraise the request on our side using the current PAC.
