I updated to iOS 14 and since then i am unable to login to the Smart App and manage the GPS device conencted to the account.
I am able to verify the pin and enter my email address, but when varyfing the passord displays "something went wrong" and offers to try again. I can;t get anyfurther than this,
Does anyone have any ideas?
@khoran Have you ensured you've installed the latest app version for GPS Device Smart App too? Only the latest app version will be compatible with the new IOS 14 software.
I have managed to resolve by just using 4G and not wifi to login.. Using wifi afterwards works fine. Very weird.
