Upgrade problem

I'm trying to 'upgrade' to SIM only on three devices... but I keep on getting the message that the 'Account Owner' must sign in. But I AM the account owner, so does anybody know how to get past this?

Try clearing your cookies and cache and give logging in a further try, you should receive a security code on your phone within seconds.

Thank you - Logging in isn't a problem. It's when I click on 'Upgrade' that I get the message that the account owner must log in. Not sure what that means, since Ive had the account for at leat 20 years!
