Voicemail using old personal greeting

Hi there,

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, however whenever a caller is diverted to voicemail, they are hearing an old personal greeting.

I have deleted my current personal greeting as well as my name greeting and also dialled 1210 to deactivate voicemail (which it confirms has been actioned) and still callers are being diverted to an old greeting.

I spent over an hour on Live Chat and didnt get anywhere as the operative didn't seem to understand my issue.

Is there anything else I can try to resolve this issue?

Hi @this_sith Thanks for posting, it's definitely a little strange that callers are still being diverted to old greeting, even when you've cancelled diverts to voicemail. As you're on iOS is there a chance you have Visual Voicemail set up instead? You can remove it by dialling 12152; you'll then go back to receiving text notifications when you miss a call.
