iPad pin code

Ok not Vodafone related  but after some help I got given a iPad off a family member after they sadly passed away but the usual 4 digit pin has been activated on the iPad which I obviously have no way of getting I’ve tried all the codes I can think. Is there something in place possibly with Apple to be able to get this removed/reset

Sorry for your loss.

You would need to engage with Apple Customer services and follow their own criteria for unlocking the iPad.

This may include the death certificate as well as other criteria they'll have @LeeBfc
