Pre-orders are now working so you can order shiny new iPhones to your heart's content. 

 

Also there is no priority when you call for new customers ahead of upgrades.

Interestingly enough, the web help team or whoever hasn't seen the picture that I sent (above prrof) that it says in my email about 12 monthly upgrade and have said that they see nothing on the account relating to this.
So please pass on that picture to them and advise them that is the proof that it says 12 monthly upgrade, you can call the Basingstoke store and tell the manager to sort the contract out and to let me upgrade this number.
I am sick of calling the store and hearing sod all back, now on 5 days where they haven't even contacted me.

You might want to look at how your stores react to people calling asking for help, when they balls up cos as a complaint method. I'm pretty sure you only have a certain number of days to resolve it...
