Dual SIM not provisioned

I got my daughter tcl PAYG dual SIM. SIM 1 activated but SIM 2 a no go. Will select in settings as Vodafone but cannot call 2345 or top-up on my Vodafone, not provisioned.... Driving us both bonkers... Help? I won't to activate sim2 with separate top-up voucher ... Is it because the phone does not like 2 phone numbers??

Hi @Nbsf. If your daughter's phone is Dual SIM compatible, then there shouldn't be a problem when popping them both into their phone. To double-check, when you say you've purchased a Pay as you go Dual SIM, have you purchased two separate Pay as you go SIMs?
