Extend Ringing Time Doesn't Work

I've search every post I can find on this, and tried every suggestion.

Nothing works.

My daughter has tried the same - and nothing works for her either.

 

Vodafone - How can we extend the ringing time?

15 seconds is just too low, and NOTHING suggested extends this!

**61*121*10*30#

Already tried that...

As stated, NOTHING WORKS.

Verify with *#61#  -  still says set to 15 seconds...

 

And Vodafone Chat is also down...

 

How can any company have such poor support???

Enter this:

**61*121*10*30#

It's definitely working for me. The guide tells us to use **61*121*11*30# - Notice the 11? That should be 10!

Dialling *#61# still shows the timeout as 15 seconds for me but it definitely rings for 30 seconds before going to voicemail now.

Nope, doesn't work - have tried ALL the suggested options.

That included.

Still stuck at 15 seconds...

Are you verifying if it worked by dialling *#61#? That will always show 15 seconds. I have a Samsung S21 Ultra and Ann's suggestion worked for me. 

I have verified by using *#61# AND calling the phone.

Makes no different.

Stuck at 15 seconds...

(And as Vodafone say to use *#61# to verify, I kinda assume that should work too... if not, another failure with their service/support...)

Hey @Eugene7 - there's another user here who raised the same question as you about extending the ring time on their Samsung. They've just tried the above and said that it has also worked for them, so it's strange that you seem to be having these issues. Have you tried calling the phone to see if the ring is extended, even though the phone says that it isnt? 

Hi @Eugene7, did you ever find a solution for this? Like you I’m adamant the solutions posted don’t work and I’m getting quite frustrated with it…
