My Tab will not dial out, why?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A but it's only the WiFi version.
Which model do you own ?
Have things worked Ok before ?
Perhaps try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On and or look in any relevant connection settings.
I'm wondering if the device guides help pages will assist.
Or Make calls and send messages from your new Galaxy tablet. and Use-Your-Samsung-Galaxy-Tab-As-a-Phone.
