I have recently upgraded to the Huawei P30 Pro (Original) and I Phone Cloned my information across from the old P20. After its all settled down, I've begun to realise that my notifications don't come through my apps if the app hasn't been used for a while. Ie my WhatsApp does not send notifications through of a new message if I have not used WhatsApp for 30 minutes or so. All the settings are allowing notifications and the app is working within the background etc. Even if I have the app running in the background, it won't alert me of a new message.
Could anyone shine some light on this?
