Hi, I recently upgraded to S10 with Vodafone and received a digital receipt similar to the one below which I used to successfully claim the Watch Active - Samsung validated this within a few hours.
However, I then returned this device and upgraded to S10 5G instead but this time didn't receive any digital receipt. I filled in the POP form which said 3 working days and around a week on am still yet to receive this. I chatted with care and they sent out 'a Your Vodafone invoice..' email but as there's no date of purchase on this Samsung won't accept it. Calling VF again today and the advisor simply said that they would fill the form out again for me which isn't ideal.
The Watch Active offer was the reason for the Flexi-Upgrade (fee was around £200 so my logic was it'll cancel itself out, as was going to buy my mum a Fitbit anyway) so I'll be extremely disappointed if I miss out on this. ☹️👎🏻

I've just reached out via social media. Hopefully they'll be able to help, all I need is a document with the device / date of purchase / retailers logo so hopefully they can send something out. ☹️ Working from tomorrow onwards so really hope I can get this sorted today.
Just to clarify, I returned the original device a few days after the purchase so I hadn't yet received the watch and assum that the claim for that device would be cancelled off automatically when Samsung verify if it's been returned or not.

May I assume you returned the watch along with the Samsung s10 @dflannagan1996
If so then have another word with customer services on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
Unfortunately there is no account access assistance via the Vodafone forum anymore.
Also until a moderator moderates your attachment unfortunately we wont be able to see it until they do.
