A few weeks back I had a text confirming I had turned off wifi calling when I had not. I switched it on again.
Now it has happened again. I have not been in that section. Any thoughts?

This was my real issue. The help options on the website don't appear to include queries such as this.

The problem you linked to was someone constantly getting advice that wifi calling was available, a kind of 'push' notification or advert. My issue is that Vodafone are telling me I have *done* something when I have not and that worries me ie have I been hacked?
