Good afternoon.
I have a sony xperia xz3 that requires a Nuc code.
I asked for the code and it hasn't worked, I've emailed and spoken twice to different vodafone staff and an alternative code has been sent that is also not working.
The phone was my last upgrade from Vodafone two years ago and has no other issues.
I'm trying to unlock it to be able to use a smarty sim that runs on three network.
The sim has worked fine in previous xperia handset that was also locked to vodafone but was unlocked via an independent shop.
Any help would be appreciated!

The Vodafone Social Media Team's can look into this for you and if necessary give you the direct email address for the Nuc Department @Tokochickuk23
