Number showing that it's not valid

Hi @Chaneprinsloo. We understand how concerning this must be. To make sure that we're on the same page, please answer the following:
- Are you new to Vodafone?
- Have you transferred your number over to Vodafone?
- Is your signal bar showing 'No service' or 'Vodafone UK'
- Can you use any of your services? i.e. data, calls and texts
- Has it been 24 hours since you activated your SIM?
