My phone (Samsung galaxy s22 ultra) has had no signal since the start of October. No idea what happened but it's just not working. Have sent the phone back for repair twice (total of 4 times really, as both times they emailed me to say that a fault couldn't be found and to phone a number, which I did, and they sent it back to the repair team).
I have been in store, been on the app, been on the phone, tried a SIM swap and several factory resets and reset all the network settings and nothing works https://routerlogin.uno/.
I was finally told I could get a replacement by going in store. Went in store to be told that this was incorrect (and made to feel stupid for asking, even though I had screenshots).
I really don't know where to turn now, I feel like I have exhausted all my options and am still paying £50 a month for a phone that doesn't work and having to use an ancient Google pixel.
Pleeease let me know if anyone has any tips on how to get some actual help, or if there's a way I can get out of my contract, as I'm at my wit's end!

Have you tried an alternative Vodafone SIM in the phone @avansents ? This is something the store should have tried for you, this would have eliminated a SIM or phone issue.
You may have a network issue, Vodafone would ask you to follow this link Network Issues complete the template on the link and copy and paste the results back on the thread, this will give the Team on the Community something to work on.
If this turns out to be a phone issue, it is recommended to go direct to Samsung for a repair, as the manufacturer, they have the correct diagnostic tools for the phone. If you Google Samsung Repair Centre, you will be able to find the location for a repair, they should also be able to collect the phone.
