I am just wandering is there app I can use to check my data usage each month if so how do I use it or set it up

Hey @NicoleSpittle, thanks for getting in touch. You can use the Vodafone app to keep track of your data usage, along with calls and texts. It's also really useful for keeping an eye on your bills, adding and removing extras; plus much much more.

Your phone will have a data monitor built in.  You can find it in the main menu under Data.   It's also possible to add a homescreen widget - choose to add an item (eiether by a long press on the homescreen or by pinching and then look for Settings (cog icon) and choose data monitor from the list.

There are also 3rd party apps and I've been using My Data Manager, though I've found this not to be always reliable lately.   The definitive answer is in the My Vodafone app, but this will only show usage that's registered on your account.   The other options operate in real time and you can set warnings before you hit your limit.

@Maria_khan786 I can see in the screenshot you've provided, you're connected to Wi-Fi and not using Mobile Data to access the app. Please try ensuring Wi-Fi is turned off in the mobile settings and then try accessing the app again.
