Hi team
I have bought a new phone through samsung website using vodafone monthly plan and choosen to move my number to Vodafone using the PAC code .
This was 5 days ago ( Thursday )
I have recived the phone with a sim card that has no mobile phone + waited for 5 days in order for the sim to be activated but it didn't .
Contacted vodafone support and they have said that I dont have any info on my account as its not active
I don't know what to do as It has been already 5 days and my sim hasn't been activated yet and don't know who to contact as samsung said that they don't have any accses to that issue
