S20 ultra 512gb still not received the phone and pre-ordered on the 17th of February and been told 6 different  dates now 😞

Unfortunately from most flagship launches there are inevitable phone delays even when a phone is pre ordered.

Coupled with these unprecedented times I assume this has added further complications into the mix too.

I hope you get your phone ASAP.
