Slower speeds since renewing

Hello

I renewed my 2 lines, sim only, ever since doing this my phone hangs on Internet, apps, there is no common thing why it does this.

I've reset my phone, turned off and on, nothing has helped.

In the status bar it say 5G with at least 3 sigbal lines.

Can anyone help
