I changed my service company from Cnuiq to VOXI last month, then I can't receive any verification codes. VOXI said that my account is all well. My phone is HUAWEI P30.

Hi @Whitejt0119
If Voxi are confirming all is OK to receive shortcodes then it maybe also beneficial to check with your Banks Customer Services too.
Can you check in your phones settings to see if there is anything set that maybe hindering the shortcode.
Also check in any network app to see if anything like premium texts have been blocked like the option 》Premium-rate-SMS-FAQ.
If you have another phone then as a process of elimination try your sim card in that to help ruke out your phone , sim and account.
If all else fails I'd also try Voxi again via Facebook or Twitter.
I wish you all the best with this situation.

Hi @Whitejt0119
Not quite sure the company you were with previously, this must be a mistype.
The problem here will be changing networks, you need to add your device as safe. When I log onto my online bank account I am given the option of doing further checks for my PC. If you do the same and add your mobile number, this will confirm the device as safe. If you clear your cookies after this has been done, that should do the trick. Any problems your bank are there to help.
As with all services at this point in time, there are few advisors available and you will need to be patient waiting for a reply from your bank.
