121 not working

I have a Galaxy S and i can access voicemail using the 07836 number but when i just dial 121 it comes up as if its going to connect then just comes back as call ended. Holding 1 down as others have said is only ok if 1 is your speed dial but this is not the solution. Can the Tech guys investigate this one. I have an imported number from O2, not that should make any difference and i have just come over to vodaphone so see no reason why the simple 121 should not work

This sometimes happens when a number is ported - the eforum team here will be along soon to have a look at the issue for you and sort out your problem.

It seems to work now, so something must have still needed to happen after they ported it. Alls well that ends well
