I've noticed a complete loss of 3g signal in the RM19 1LH area. I used to be able to get a good, constant 3g signal but know it appears to have dissappeared! 
No luck for at least a week now. 2g signal is fine (full strength)
Anyone know of any mast problems etc?

Hi michael p and welcome to the eForum
I have just checked our faults board and we do have a 3G issue in your area which has been ongoing since 9th June. The reference for the fault is 1594963 and our engineers are currently working to get this resolved as quickly as possible. We do not have an exact timescale but I can tell you that as this is quite a large fault and is affecting a large number of people it is being investigated as a matter of priority. Please bear with us and we will have you back on 3G as soon as we can.
