I have the same problem turning content control off that others have had. Please don't post the link to the FAQ - I have of course read that. I've been trying to click on the 'Manage call diverts, call barring and content control ' link all afternoon. It just tells me 'Unfortunately, your request cannot be processed.' I see a couple of people have been emailed so Vodafone can access their accounts to sort this - can someone do the same for me?
This clearly isn't the isolated problem that the replies to the last couple of threads on this have suggested.
