Bad connection

I live in Northamptonshire (Kettering), and over the last couple of weeks, most of the time I have been unable to get a good connection. For the price I am paying, I expect better then 150kbps download.... This is pathetic, as bad as a dial up connection. I can barely browse the web properly. I am also frequently disconnecting for a minute or so fairly regluary, several times a day, sometimes up to 4 or 5 times an hour. Aswell as this, the connection has been down for I think the majority of 2 days and abit of a third day (RAS error code 628), went to the local Vodafone shop at my inconvenience and found out it was a problem with your network or something. If my connection doesn't improve in the next 2 days or so I have no choice but to switch ISP.

Sadly, I can't see any fault from our map tool based on your registered eForum profile postcode :wacko:

You should have perfect 3G coverage. What I propose is that I'll send you an email to collect your details and look at how the modem is connecting to the network. We don't have any info on a widescale problem in the area but I'm sure we'll get to the bottom this for you. Just reply and we'll take a peek! :)
