403 Forbidden error trying to access www.vodafone.co.uk

Since last week I've been getting this when I try to get https://www.vodafone.co.uk

 

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

My DNS has been set to google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for a couple of years without issue, but for some reason only vodafone's page won't load.

 

Any ideas?

Hi @ks1

 

If you have content control disabled, try clearing your PC cache and all cookies, close down the browser, leave it for a few minutes to settle down and try again.

 

Google Chrome seems to work well with Vodafone.  However, if you still have problems, the Broadband Team will help.  Details below.
