our sure signal has been working very well up to now. However I have just bought a samsung galaxy note 3 and repaced my sim card with a new micro sim card. My number has not changed. But I can not make calls. 'no signal for mobile networks' and 'not registered on network' comes up on the phone when trying to make calls.

Is this a poblem with sure signal? 4 g network? Or something else?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

does sure signal work with 4 g phones?

Hi TheArchetect,

If you’ve added the Note 3 to your allowed list, I’d recommend you restart your Sure Signal.

4G phones can also pick up a 3G signal and so, will work with the unit.
