ARE SIM CARDS FOR DONGLES THE SAME FOR PHONES?

To the eForum tech team or anyone who can help 

Are the SIM cards that are used in vodafones dongles the same that are in vodafones phones? Now what I mean by that is can the same SIM card be used in both phone or dongle?

I shouldn't see why not. 

Perforning a search on the eforum brings up similar threads.

If you do put the sim to a dual purpose you must keep an eye on your data usuage.

A dongle will eat up data much faster than your mobile phone so unless you have a large data allowance it may not be economically viable  

for you.
