I got an upgrade iPhone 6 late September and received it without any notification from DPD about the delivery... a week or so after I noticed that while in a strong 4g area (Liverpool) it was not picking up 4g even though I pay for it on my contract... popped into a vodafone store and they checked it.... nothing worked and was told to arrange an exchange. I arranged it the next day (within the 14 day period) but since that time I have been waiting and waiting on a new handset to get to me. I have spent hours and hours on the phone to vodafone, and been told various things (exchange was processed but no stock, exchange was processed but find my iPhone was ordered so it didn't go through, exchange was processed and order was sent out even though a) I didn't receive any notification from dpd of a delivery and b) it never showed).
The latest just now, after being put through to the warehouse, is the system doesn't work so somebody has to call me back (have had that twice already, nobody calls me though)....
At this point I should have a fully working handset and I should not be paying for it and the first month bill due to the inconvenience, terrible service and time spent on the phone to yourselves.
Please, please help.
