I’m trying to add a second line to my account online, but can’t find the options, apparently it should be in the offers for you screen, but all I have there is "we are working on offers for you please try again later"
This has been there for the last 6 months, I originally got put on a business contract, after dealing with Nick Jeffries office, this was finally sorted by setting me a new account up and porting the number over, 99% of the account works online, but the offers for you doesn’t
Any ideas?

Ive had a email from Danielle saying the scoail media team doesnt process orders, and no responce on how to get my online account working so i can add services myself... which is useful......
Can someone please contact me who reads what the emails say first before replying?
