Alcatel 9361

Hi

I am looking for some advice to install an Alcatel 9361 Home Cell we have to boost our Vodafone signal in the home office. 

Our landline bill (through another supplier) is huge and we hope obtaining another vodafone mobile and this router will help us.

Please can anyone tell me where to start?
