Phone not connecting through sure signal 3

Hi I hope you can help

Just bought a sure signal 3 and registered/ set up at work.  Power bar on First 2 icons Internet and in service are illuminated White and my phone doesnt connect through it.  I have tried removing my phone and re adding still not wanting to connect through sure signal.

Any ideas what to do next

I can see your Sure Signal connected to the server this morning, how are things today?

Looking at your speed test, you may have an issue with your upload speed as this is a bit low, and may not work if anything else is using the internet at the same time.

I’d speak with your internet provider about looking at getting this increased slightly.
