I'm a new Voda user having transferred from O2 this week. I got a Sure Signal 3 box yesterday and after a couple of hours of set up, it worked perfectly. Five bars on the phone across the house on my iPhone 5S through a BT Homehub 4. However, when I went to make a call this morning, I noticed the bars had dropped down to 2. I switched the phone off and on without any change. I unplugged the SureSignal and replugged in but no change. I then toggled between airplane mode on the phone and when it went back on, there was a very brief (under 1 second) 5 bars then back to 2.
Is there something I'm missing here? All the lights are on and nothing is flashing so it looks like it should be working.

Everything is fine with your speed test, traceroute and ping test.
