Hi,
Not had a phone signal all day so turned off Sure Signal for 10 minutes and then plugged it in again checking all the connections.
Its now been 3 hours and all lights including the power light are still flashing. Its serial number is 41113718641.
My internet connection has been fine all day.
Can you tell if it is connecting?

Just to add more detail:-
This morning I how have a steady power light and system light is on but I still have no phone signal. Normally there are two phones connected but neither are getting any signal and we have not changed anything on then phones but I have restarted them

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I think there may have been a problem in the area as my Dads sure signal also lost connection all day yesterday. They both came back on again about lunch time today.
