I have a Vodafone n8 with android 7.0 can I upgrade this version of android ?

Your phone will tell you if and when its ready to update or via manually checking in your phone's software update settings section. 

If your phone will acceot Oreo when its pushed out via Vodafone then thats where it will show. 

Vodafone do not comment on release of firmware updates.
