Hi - I have followed your instructions for 1. but when I press 'Access Point Names', I get the message 'Access Point Name settings are not available for this user'.  I am the 'owner' of the Yoga 2 and the only registered user.  I have just received a new SIM and the problem remains. Help, please, on what to do next.

Have you tried turning the tablet off and on and also check your masts.

Please use the Zoom out feature in the map to check surrounding areas for issues.

The Authentication = None is the important setting here - wihout it the device won't connect whatsoever.

But if it's a prepaid sim it may need activation. (not sure if thats still the case)

Hi

Is it possible that the device itself is at fault ?

May I ask where you acquired the device ?

The SIM card could be at fault which can be replaced at any Vodafone Store.

Are you able to try another Networks Sim Card in it as a process of elimination.

Ensure nothing in the settings of the device is possibly causing any issues and you have adequate data allowance.
