Apn settings for lenovo yoga 2 tablet

Hi I can't seem to set up apn correctly on lenovo yoga 2 tablet.

I can get the h+ symbol it just won't connect or sign into network.

This is blindingly obvious, so apologies for even mentioning it, but ... you have got Mobile Data turned on in Settings, haven't you?  Also, can you get access on wifi?
