Hello,

I have downloaded from the site the latest vodafone connect software for my macbook. I did install it successfully (2nd time round) ... But when I click on the mobile connect icon, nothing seems to happen.

In the system settings, the network card seems to be added but tells me it is not connected ...
I can't find any error message anywhere ...

Can you help me out ? I am going abroad tomorrow and would like to use the service ...

Hi Peter,

Can you delete your current Mobile Connect program, and try downloading and installing the latest version from here for us?

Let me know if this resolves the issue

All singing all dancing now ... The version I downloaded from the site was 3 versions out of date (2.08.05.04 ...) and that is visibly not working.

I downloaded the version you provided (2.11.06.00) and all is working ( I am now logging this post through that connection ...)
