Who releases the update? Vodafone or Blackberry? as on the web others who have the Q 10 have had another upgrade to
10.1.0.273
but no update on my phone.

Just checked for update and there is one there on my Q 10.

For anyone yet to update software on the Z10 - I have just done this, and impressed with the outcome. This is except for one little item - my phone book entries overlap on the page. Anyone else have the same issue.
