BBM Voice chat is working but no video chat.

Hi all, I'd welcome your help. I'm a recent owner of an IPhone 6, have downloaded the BBM App. Voice chat working well but no video chat option. Simply do not have the green video icon needed to make the video call. Any ideas?

Being a third party application, you'll need to get in touch with BlackBerry for further support.
