1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? Whole area, have to travel at least 2 miles back toward Bristol before regaining signal

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Yes continues to happen. I have a brand new phone and SIM card. Also happening on partners phone which is also Vodafone

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
Unable to make or receive phone calls. Phone doesn't ring goes straight to voicemail. If I call out it either cuts out due to no signal, or people at other end can't hear me.

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? All

6) When did you first notice this issue? Steadily getting worse over several weeks, originally had full 4G which has been slowly dropping, I now have ghost 3G I can't actually use and partner had no signal at all

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?
Appears to be perminent we haven't noticed signal picking up at any point

@pixietoes I've taken a look at your 3G (381) and 4G (3708) serving site, however was unable to see any performance related issues. 

So we're able to investigate further, please contact us directly using the details from the private message I've sent.
