BT Business Infinity and SSB - Is there a solution yet or any alternatives?

Now been over six months since we got the offical news that BT Business Infinity and SSB are not compatible...

Is there a solution yet please - After 8 months of no coverage we are stressing with this.

Any ideas - alternative routers I can buy or dare I say it alternative products to the SS I can buy?

Hi imichael,

This is still being looked into and we're continuing to chase this, but we have no update at this point. 

This isn't affecting every customer, so it's not a simple incompatibility. This makes it harder to pin down, but we are working with BT to try and sort this.
