BT home hub 3 and Sure Signal

Hi guys.

Bought Sure Signal a couple of months ago and have installed with BT Home Hub 3. Keeps dropping out - seem to have to sitch off and then switch on SS most days. Now despite switching off several times SS will not work - red power light flashing and icon next to it is orange.

Routing of ADSL line is into the BT hub and then from Hub into the SS is this right?

Help please.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
