Hi,
In August this year I signed up for your SIM only 16 GB Red Entertainment Extra for 19 pounds a month, which was on offer at that time (myVodafone says this as well). But each month since then, I have been charged about 32 pounds per month. Looking at the bill, it seems I am also being charged for NowTV which was supposed to be included in the bundle of 19 pounds. I even have a text from you informing me that the choice of entertainment is included in the bundle. Therefore, Vodafone has been charging me extra each month since August. There is a glitch on my billing. It seems I am charged the full price rather than the offer I signed up for. Why is your billing not consistent with the package I have signed up for? On MyVodafone, one screen shows that my package is 19 pounds and another screen shows 32 pounds.

If you've got the proof that this goes against the original deal you signed up for then I can see no reason why Vodafone won't be able to fully refund and amend the price plan.
It's worth speaking to an advisor on webchat (here) to see if they can sort it out for you. If you still have problems post another reply on here and Vodafone's Social Media team will be able to investigate for you.
