Blackberry 9900 Bold not charging ?

Hi my wife has a Blackberry 9900 Bold that no longer charges.

We have 2 chargers and one is very lose in the phones charging socket and won't charge at all.

The other fits slightly better and sometimes charges for a bit.

Obviously the phones charging socket probably needs replacing and i would like to know how best to go about this.

Do i take it into a Vodafone shop?

Will there be a charge and if so how much?

The phone is on my account and is due an upgrade in May 2014.
